eCommerce Executive (5 Days Work)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to manage daily operations of online eCommerce shops of hkdecomall
• Review and analyze stores’ performance including online transactional KPIs as well as the customer service metrics and take actions accordingly
• Consolidate all sales data, daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone and emails during office hours when required
• Manage suppliers to coordinate on a daily/weekly basis based on business initiatives, promotions, inventory levels
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to increase brand awareness and to ensure pricing consistency across online/offline channels
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree Holder in Marketing or related discipline
• Preferably with 2 years’ eCommerce and digital marketing experience. Candidates with retail operation experience in fashion industry would be considered
• T-mall and 3rd party e-platform experience will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive, creative and result-oriented
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently; effective use of time management and prioritization skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
