Community Development Manager
What you will be doing:
• Foster a dynamic community, engaging with members to tailor our services to their needs.
• Actively looking for new clients and follow client assigned by company by standard procedure
• To manage client relationships, including on/offboarding arrangement, contract renewal and enquiry / complaint handling
• Achieve sales target and upkeep company operations standard
• To create and review SOPs, improve and streamline the procedures
• To collaborate with internal and external parties to provide support to and ensure the smooth execution
• Expand business partnerships for the community
• Provide full administrative and operational support, client's enquiries and complaints handling
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

E-commerce Sales Executive
What you will be doing
• Responsible for online shop daily operation, monitor stock in and out process, order and deliver procedures, website content update
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service support to online or walk-in customers at our showroom
• To participate and drive sales in various kind of marketing/sales activities (Event/ Workshop)

What you will be doing:
• Responsible for our company's market development in Korea
