1. 客人必須先預繳3個月，方可在第4個月享有免費用倉優惠，而預繳之費用一概不得退還。
2. 優惠只適用於新客戶，時昌現有客及續約客戶不適用。
3. 倉位數量有限，租完即止。時昌迷你倉不會就倉位爆滿承擔任何責任或補償。
4. 入倉前必須與時昌迷你倉簽妥用倉協議書及繳付2個月正價按金和智能卡費用。
5. 此優惠不可退款﹑轉售及不可兌換現金或作現金使用﹑不可轉讓他人及轉換為其他產品及服務，亦不可與其他優惠項目同時使用。
6. 此優惠有效期至2025年12月31日(「有效期」)，必須在優惠有效期內入倉。若逾期，即告無效並不能使用，亦不會獲補發或延期。
7. 每人只可使用優惠一次，及每次只可選用1個儲存倉，不可重覆使用。
8. 時昌迷你倉保留隨時更改或取消此優惠的權利而不作另行通知，如有任何爭議，時昌迷你倉擁有最終決定權。

3. Customers must prepay for 3 months to enjoy a free storage offer in the 4th month, and the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
4. The offer is only applicable to new customers; existing and renewing customers are not eligible.
5. Storage unit availability is limited; once rented out, it will no longer be available. SC Storage will not bear any responsibility or compensation for fully booked units.
6. Before using the storage, customers must sign an agreement with SC Storage and pay a deposit for 2 months at the regular rate, along with the smart card fee.
7. This offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as cash. It cannot be assigned to others or converted into other products and services, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
8. This offer is valid until December 31, 2025 ("Validity Period"). Customers must move in within the validity period. If the period expires, the offer becomes invalid and cannot be used, nor will it be renewed or extended.
9. Each person may use the offer only once, and may only select one storage unit at a time; repeated use is not allowed.
10. SC Storage reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, SC Storage holds the final decision.
